Add chapters in the course

I would like to request a new feature to add folders in the course structure. This would help in organizing the content better and provide a more structured approach for users.

I want these to be done

• Edit Dictionary : Add type key as well in the items to know whether the item is a link or folder
• Allow users to create folders within the course.
• Create UI to show folder structure as the course scene.
• Allow users to create items within the folders.
