Bug Reporter: Shown a WIP dialog for prefabs when trying to submit a bug in IDE 2024.600.0.562

Description

Upon reporting a bug from the IDE I get the attached warning window:

If I click Yes, the bug gets reported anyway.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Report a bug using this specific Beta IDE
2. Observe the dialog and its missing string
