There is several tools available on OpenMPTCProuter to test speed :
To test aggregated download speed:
omr-test-speed
To test a eth1 download speed:
omr-test-speed eth1
Ctrl+C to stop after at least 2 minutes to have real speed.
To test aggregated upload speed from server:
omr-iperf
To test aggregated download speed to server:
omr-iperf vps -R
(where vps is the name of the server)
