Added local app is removed on reboot #286

I want to have my z-way to expose its data through MQTT and found this nice addon
https://github.com/Edubits/Zway-MQTT

It works fine and if I use the latest version from master there's even a option to export all data of the devices.

However when I restart z-way-server the configured app is gone and I need to readd it.

I have tried get in touch with the developer previously regarding some pull requests but haven't gotten any response.

Is there anything I can do to debug why it's getting removed or is there any way to get the device data into MQTT?

Steps to reproduce:

Add MQTT so it shows up at
http://pi:8083/smarthome/#/apps/local
Configure app and save.
It shows now on active tab too
restart z-way server in terminal
sudo systemctl restart z-way-server.service
