Video Retention

Videos can be automatically deleted after a period of time on a per-channel basis.

Getting Started

1. Navigate to a channel in Admin > Channels and edit the channel. Enable the retention option
2. Customize how long videos should be kept before being deleted
3. Save channel

Information

• Disabled by default for all channels
• Video files are deleted when a video is pruned
• Videos can be locked to prevent deletion. Edit a video in Admin > Videos to enable this option, or use the video menu to lock/unlock a video
• The prune job runs every day at 01:00, optionally it can be ran manually in Admin > Tasks
• The date the video was archived is used to determine if the video should be pruned
