How to set the Plugs IP Address?

how do I configure the IP-Address of the TP-Link device?
Can you add this to the README please.

I'd recommend upgrading to the newer version of the code if you're still interested in using this, there is no need to statically define the plug address now and the code is significantly more lightweight - Thanks for your interest.
