Add command to actually schedule view

Detailed information what should do
add command like: "/jobs schedule now" showing info about the actually boost/schedule or just show the BroadcastMessage of schedule and if not schedule actually only show: "Not Boost time actually"

maybe an option to change the command (?)

im using this plugin for a lot of time, thanks for developing.
