切割音檔.py 原本處理一個textgrid的多次切割音檔
因為之後在介面揣語料檔案.py 找出合格EXCEL和字格時，

def 顯示合格的EXCEL與字格(request, 語料編號):

把一個textgrid的資訊一組組顯示，丟入切割音檔。
因此切割音檔.py 只要負責一個textgrid的一次切割音檔
