Describe the bug
When I click on run button, the web-ui doesn't start. I get error messages in web-ui

You must click stop and then re-run tgcf to apply changes in config.
module 'signal' has no attribute 'SIGCONT'

I haven't modified anything. After a few seconds the run button appears again and if I click it is starting all over again with the same errors.

In terminal, I get these messages:

'rm' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
'tail' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

To Reproduce
Click on the run button to start the web-ui

Expected behavior
web-ui starts and shows the logs.

System information:
Windows 11 Enterprise 22H2

I also posted a question in Discussion, regarding the live mode.

tgcf is not supported on windows. Please read wiki. when video will come, the link will also be given in this same page.

https://github.com/aahnik/tgcf/wiki/Run-tgcf-on-Windows

you need to install Ubuntu 22.04 (a linux distro) using WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux)
