因为现在的workerman/webman，swoole这些高性能框架或者扩展，是不需要FPM的，都是直接CLI运行的，所以只需要安装一个PHP-CLI就行了，目前安装都是带fpm的，装了用不到还在运行，浪费内存和资源，这个加一个选项应该很简单，就是一个带fpm，一个不带就行了。

安装了php-cli的话，fpm后续也可以追加安装
