Allows you to reference people using @name syntax. Supported through the creation of a new user entity. In the short term this can be hardcoded in the app.

Syntax will now be @company.name, and the actual syntax processing has yet to be done, but the creation of a person entity is complete as of beta-152. You manage them under Companies > People.
