This fixes #156
Define app style to support dark mode more clearly and remove obsolete style definitions.
Define primary and secondary color palette and adopt their use in Profile Selector fragment and Services fragment (additionally, the primary and secondary colors are automatically used in several other places in the app).
Testing indicates better visibility of several problematic elements in Dark mode, while keeping the support for Light mode.
