I cant change any antivirus settings, they're all greyed out.

And why do you think it's caused by KMS_VL_ALL?

Again, why do think KMS_VL_ALL_AIO caused this?
did you used KMS_VL_ALL_AIO only (and not other unknown forks) and it magically killed your antivirus settings?

Nevermind, reinstalling the windows fixes the issue and it's not related to this neat script.
