Perhaps add cross-links between NTP Pool Community & Main Site? #188

It would be nice if there could be some links that tie the community forum together with the main pool site.

Like on the main site up top where it says "Join Pool" "Use Pool" "Manage Servers", a 4th link to the "Community" would be nice to have.

Then on the community forum, maybe up top where there is the "NTP Pool" with the clock it could instead say "NTP Pool Community" with the clock, and next to it could be the same style text that says "NTP Pool Project" with a link back to the main site....

Yeah, there's a link from https://www.ntppool.org/en/mailinglists.html but obviously that's not very prominent (it is translated on most of the translations though).

I'm not sure how to make a link back from Discourse. At a glance it seems like it's only possible with a custom theme which I'm not sure how to do (or super interested in maintaining. Hmpfr).
