Functional Release

To this point, the package encompasses all functionality I required when I started the project. I am able to very rapidly deploy a VNC server in a C9 workspace, complete with authentication.

While there is some room for improvement, notably in the way that daemon shutdowns are handled, I consider the script ready to be used by others without any big hassle
