Test and updates for V1 API #33

The API is out of beta, as of today (on the test instance at least). The change log is "Updated getting started and guides sections to include drop-in checkout", so there may not be any changes to the back end at least. But we still need to check it all out. Perhaps time to start adding some tests.

There are certainly more examples of different types of flow for the front end.

All is working with the V1 non-beta API, and the Request and Response messages have been extended. There were no specific actions regarding this issue; it was just a reminder to me that the API had changed and new stuff needed to be checked out.
