Create an Alpine linux version as it should be much smaller in size than Ubuntu

This will mean we'll need distro specific tagging to identity the differences

As Alpine Linux doesn't include glibc Minecraft won't run. I tried several things to get it to work unsuccessfully, however those things also inflated the image size. As the main point of Alpine was to get a smaller image, I don't see the point of continuing on this.
