Nope!

Describe the solution you'd like
@christinerogers suggested adding a Code of Conduct document declaring the values of the project. See CBRAIN as an example: https://github.com/aces/cbrain/blob/master/.github/CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md. We could even just copy this file.
