Describe the bug
When clicking on an issue, a blank page is showing and this error is in the console:

This is seemingly introduced by #8351

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior (attach screenshots if applicable):

  1. Go to issue tracker
  2. Click on any issue
  3. See error

What did you expect to happen?
Errors to be displayed

[issue_tracker] Fix displaying issues by importing Markdown (#8646)
