Goal Setting

Employees are encouraged to actively set short-term goals to progressively upskill themselves

Course Matching

Employees will be recommended a personalised curation of courses that caters to their current skill level

Smart Career Coach

Employees will receive personalised qualitative feedback from Voyage’s AI career coach to develop non-technical skills
