I have installed Acralyzer on Couch DB 1.0.4. Everything seems to be working fine except that all reports show up as being from a few seconds ago. Looking at the json documents the timestamp field is empty.

Is this the only empty field ?

Yes. I am guessing this is because the SpiderMonkey version I had was missing the Date() implementation (I had 1.7). I tried re-installing with CouchDb 1.2.1 and SpiderMonkey 1.8.5 but could not get that combination to work.

Maybe https://github.com/iriscouch/build-couchdb can help you build the latest version ?

I tried that, it did not work. Anyway, after filing this I saw good indication on the mozilla doc that Date() was only added in 1.8.5, so I would close this issue.

I ended up using build-couchdb only to build SpiderMonkey and then use that to build CouchDB from source. Now the crash reports are correctly stored with a timestamp.
