We should encourage TDD and having Travis-CI support is The Right Thing™ (despite being locked into one-site API).

i guess i now have to poke around travis-ci.org in order to add the main repo.

@srid just make an account and then in https://travis-ci.org/profile sync your profile. See http://about.travis-ci.org/docs/user/getting-started/ .... it is really not that difficult and .travis.yml is done for you, so it should be really no work.
