Command 'recur' broken/removed?

tl recur P1M nrt gives output of invalid argument 'recur'

Has this command been removed? It's no longer shown via the help command but is listed in the online docs?

Uhm, that's strange. Did you accidentally install an old version of TaskLite?

See it's an old version, installed it from the releases section. How do I install a newer commit on Ubuntu? I'm not familiar with Haskell. Guessing I have to build it?
