remove hardcoded name in OnMappingException handler

I had to do this, referring explicitly to dbo.Customer as part of AH migration, but it doesn't make sense in a general-purpose feature.

The rationale here is that I use negative Ids as recursion root ParentId by convention to indicate to distinguish tenants in a multi-tenant recursive structure.
