Subject of the issue

  1. If an article is configured as not on children but the block config is missing, the block should not inherit the article config
  2. Trickle locking should ignore _isAvailable: false models
  3. Linting issues
  4. Logging of trickle state can be improved to better represent the course
  5. _showEndOfPage is missing from the readme and example.json
  6. Branching should be able to signal more blocks are to be added
