Tomcat slow to deploy (inflating...) netbeans tomcat is faster why? #313

VSCode Version: latest
OS Version: win 10
Tomcat Extension Version: latest

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Deploy .war and debug war, both give inflating -> resources and it takes like 2 minutes to deploy
tomcat from netbeans is like instant
