Replace FSL with Nibabel for several operations used in convertSource.

This is more of a convenience (and will allow this software to be run on windows).

Functionality was added based on 502db02 from the commit 5ebd71354c30c18e437f1d227cf2d8feb4c5ac6b. Nibabel is used in place of FSL for use on Windows systems.
