Document how to configure Budgeteer to connect with an authorizing e-mail server used to send user verification mails.

Thank you for pointing me to the documentation, I had been missing the budgeteer.mail.activate property.

Next issue, sending mail fails appearantly due to incomplete TLS setup: javax.mail.MessagingException: 454 4.7.0 TLS not available due to local problem. Do we have a documentation on this as well?

I followed the documentation and didn't face this issue.
Could you provide further information like the configuration in the properties?
Did you change something in the hMailServer?
