A reviewer has to have the ability to reject a report in case he doesn't know to which customer/project/task that report should belong to.

What's needed:

a "reject" checkbox in the report edit view in analysis
- this checkbox should only be active if the user is reviewer
an icon in the top right corner to inform the user whether he has rejected reports (similar to "needs review" icon)
a "rejected" filter for reports
