Small fixes and doc

Small changes to docs & build fixes:

• Added docs for MacOS node deployment and fixed Linux one a bit
• Fixed weird issue with go tool dist list - it sometimes broke the pipe
• Added hostport to examples for easily aim them to remote node
• Do not print the timeout if allocation failed
