Brackets sometimes slow, sometimes fast

I have used Brackets and it slowed down suddenly one day, taking 10-20 seconds each time I make a click or type. I tried reinstalling it completely, didn't change a thing. Then suddenly, Brackets started being fast for 2 days. It has now resumed being slow.

I typically edit files with 1000's of lines of code and also have many file in one folder, I know this is not the issue since Brackets was fast for 2 days once.

I do not have any extensions at all.

What could be the issue?

(PS: I have a second question as well, how do I get Brackets to connect to the server (127.000.000 live
port) on live preview and not files://stuff/morestuff/editing? It's much faster when it's connected to the live port thing.

Thanks, it's such a strange issue. I have the lastest version 1.13, when is the next update coming out? I really love using Brackets but the speed is killing me. I might have to resort to using Notepad++ soon lol.

3. I have malwarebytes and 360 total security, I don't know if 360 total security runs all the time, but I know malware bytes only does a scan per day or when I tell it to.

I am running same version of windows but not seeing any slowness.
Request you to share a video of this issue.

Also, are their any other applications running in parallel along with brackets on your machine ?

We have addressed this issue and have refreshed the windows build.
The new build can be downloaded from below location :
https://github.com/adobe/brackets/releases/download/release-1.13/Brackets.Release.1.13.msi
