I would translate both without the "benutzerdefiniert" it makes it sound much simpler in my opinion.

But we have to state somehow that default extensions (like WebDocs or something) are still enabled.
(Aber wir müssen irgendwie erkennen lassen, dass Standard-Erweiterungen wie WebDocs und andere immer noch aktiviert sind)

Btw: I don't like it either, it's such a long word. Would be cool if we could replace it by a better one.

I would say it doesn't really mater because you can not uninstall default extensions and the don't show in the extension Manager. So if an issue is not fixed without the extensions, people can just file an issue concerning core brackets because all core extensions are maintained in the core repo.
