Quick Embed for existing m4b files

I think this topic has been covered but not sure if there has been a solution to it. My 3000+ audiobook library is all in m4b format. I would like to fix all the tags that include adding chapters and all relevant data. ABS seems to do a decent job of locating this information but will not embed into my existing files. If I have mp3's then this function works but not on existing m4b files. Can anyone advise how to fix this?
