This app is not working on newer version of Frappe and ERPNext.

I've been researching about implementation of Garment Manufacturing in ERPNext and this app seems the solution, but I am unable to run it. Could you please update the app or guide me how this can be done.
Discussion on Frappe community, I found out there are many businesses needing this solution, maybe an update will help or any suggestion for how can I proceed with manufacturing?
