[Bug] Day planted field's value is reset to Today when editing plant info #18

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Florae
  2. Add a new plant
  3. Set day planted to a past date -> Save
  4. Open Created plant -> Click edit
  5. Scroll down to Day Planted Field

Expected Behavior

Day planted Field Should keep it's original value the was given while creating the plant

Current Behavior

Day planted Field is disabled and it's value is set to today's date, and user can't do anything about it

This also already happens when you add a plant, set a date, then click on set again and cancel - this will also change the date to today and not keep the previously set date.
