Running the documentation generator script breaks with error:

The issue -- multiple versions of yuidocjs/handlebars installed on the machine.

The public/* partials are registered with Handlebars from within 'themes/api/helpers/helpers.js'. This script attempts to register helpers with the same instance of Handlebars as is being used by the current YUIDoc build tool.

If multiple versions of YUIDoc are installed (eg. a local and global), the partials may not be registered with the correct instance of Handlebars. To fix this, uninstall all version of yuidocjs and handlebars from your machine, then reinstall them globally.
