Including files in nested subdirectories fails

Including fragments from a subdirectory works, but not if they are more than one level deep because creating that path in tmpdir is failing. Check to see if src/Utilities.hs's ensureDirectory's call to createDirectory is able to make multiple levels (looks like not).
