Entering new tweets doesn't auto capitalise

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Twimight and click the "New tweet" icon.
2. The "New Tweet" screen pops up along with the keyboard
3. The keyboard will not capitalise the first character or anything after a 
punctuation mark.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The new tweets screen should allow for automatic capitalisation of the first 
letter and following punctuation.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Current version in the Google Market (1.1.0)
