Look controls are busted on mobile #882

  1. Load the Cube test scene - or any scene with look-controls or a default camera (which gets look-controls by default
  2. Try to drag your fingers horizontally to pan through the scene
  3. Notice nothing happens

This works on the examples on master and on https://aframe.io/examples/
