Noodle Release 1.0 "Spaghetti Aglio et Olio"

This is a blocking issue on all the specified tasks that we want to finish 
until then.

• Blocked on: Put all relevant configuration in two files #3, Use ip2long and long2ip from iptools instead of our own functions #14, Build an easily deployable virtual appliance #25, Deploy noodle as .rpm and/or .deb package #26

All productive blocking issues are resolved, now we only need to deploy the 
appliance!
