getRecordingOptions not working with UNIVIEW Channels | brand issue | ONVIF SOAP Fault: Optional Action Not Implemented

Function getRecordingOptions is not working fine with UNIVIEW NVR (model NVR501-08B-P8, fw NVR-B3613.38.45.240313).
The getRecordingOptions will fail with this NVR that doesn't look Onvif compliant 'cause the error that I get back is: 'ONVIF SOAP Fault: Optional Action Not Implemented'.
This is just a note for the next guy who's trying to implement the ONVIF Edge recording function: some brand are not Onvif compliant even if they tell so -> don't waste your time on them.
