People who were able to modify guild notes used to be able to bridge officer chat, They cannot do so anymore since the latest update.

Officer chat won't be bridged if the individual doesn't also have access to the officer chat in the local co-guild. I'm unable to reproduce the problem with characters that meet both conditions.

Can you provide more detail about your configuration?

Both guild ranks have access to officer chat, Both can edit Guild notes but not Officer Notes. It seems like only people who can modify officer notes are able to bridge officer chat at the moment.

OK, that would explain why we weren't able to duplicate the issue. I should be able to play around with it this weekend to see if Blizzard changed some flags in the API.
