Generate a single NWB file per experiment and send to LIMS

Start from MIES NWB file
Pack in multipatch timeline
Pack in and label image data
Upload to LIMS
Upload queryable JSON file

Should be part of a module for streamlining multipatch connectivity experiments (#13)
