We currently have two sections of the detail.html page, one for Related Bills and one for Similar Bills. We want to combine them. To do this, we will:

  1. Use the Title and text from the Related Bills
    image

  2. The tabs will be as follows:
    Current Congress, All Congresses, Similar Sections

Current Congress: This will have the data that is now in the All tab of the Similar Bills section, filtered by the current congress

All Congresses: This will have the data that is now in the All tab of the Similar Bills section

Similar Sections: This will have the data that is now in the Sections tab of the Similar bills section
