Python update to latest lambda supported version 3.9

Hi Team,

BinaryAlert is throwing below exception while lambda invocation, can you please help with this:

[ERROR] Runtime.ImportModuleError: Unable to import module 'lambda_functions.analyzer.main': libpython3.6m.so.1.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

On the sideline:

Support for python version 3.6 is ended in 2021, it is required to update BinaryAlert to current lambda supported version 3.9.

Waiting for update. Please also let us know approximate timeline for the change.
