Note: If you stack one fill over another, some small glitches might appear on the edges.

Illustrator layers

It's better if you convert AI layers to shapes.
This way they will be exported as vector data and not an image.
Sometimes when you convert them, they get exported as a path + a group/path + a merge path.
You need to erase the merge path and the group if possible.
