Idea: Expanding support for additional secrets stores

Our secrets management feature launched with support for these secrets store options:

1. Environment variables.
2. Dotenv files (.env)
3. Google Colab secrets.

There are several more we could consider as well, for instance:

1. Google Secrets Manager.
2. Azure Key Vault.
3. AWS Parameter Store.
4. AWS Secrets Manager.
5. 1Password.
