I've been thinking the context menus could be displayed by right-clicking (at least on desktop browsers).
What are your thoughts on this?

I don't have anything against that feature and other users have requested it as well. I'm not going to give it high priority at this point though.

Without this, users can't read rules and other functions that you need to have access to. All functions are not always accessible through commands in the main chat.

Adding user commands isn't related to adding right-click context menus as user commands can be implemented in different ways. This report should be about right-click context menus so you should post a new feature request for user commands.
