Converted values for weight and height displayed on loading of the measurements screen for the first time is incorrect #404

Steps:

  1. During profile creation, click save on the personal info page.
  2. Check the converted values displayed on the measurement screen for weight and height

Current behaviour: The converted values displayed for weight and height are incorrect on loading the page however if the selection is changed, the values displayed are correct
displayed values 4'=123cms
30lbs=3.46kgs

expected behaviour:
4'=121.92cms
30lbs=13.61kgs
wt_ht converted
