Running docker container as a user

Hi,

Could you add the option to run the Docker Homarr container without root privileges? For example, Grafana and Loki use built-in users within their Docker containers. When I assign a different user to the Homarr container, I encounter errors related to editing permissions, despite having set the correct folder permissions for the volumes.
